Celebrity AI Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of Celebrity AI, operated by Toon Tech Ltd (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By using the service, you agree to these Terms. The applicable App Store license agreement also governs your app license.

1. Eligibility and Access

You must be at least 13 years old (or meet the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) and meet any higher legal age requirement that applies to you. Obtain parental or guardian authorization where required. Use the app lawfully and do not bypass security, purchase requirements, or usage limits.

2. AI Voices and Characters

Voices and chatbot conversations are AI simulations generated via third-party AI models routed through OpenRouter. They are not authentic recordings, communications, or endorsements by the people portrayed. AI output may be inaccurate or inappropriate. Review it before use and do not rely on it as professional advice.

3. Voice Permissions and Prohibited Use

Only clone your own voice or a voice you have the necessary rights and explicit legal permission to use. Do not use the app for fraud, deceptive impersonation, harassment, threats, nonconsensual sexual content, exploitation of minors, copyright infringement, or other unlawful activity. Do not present generated speech as an authentic statement or endorsement of any real individual.

4. Your Content and Output

You retain any rights you hold in submitted content (such as text prompts and voice samples). You grant Toon Tech Ltd limited permission to process it to provide and protect the requested services, subject to our Privacy Policy. Generated output may not be unique across users. Access to a cloned voice does not grant rights to a person’s identity, likeness, or commercial endorsement; you are solely responsible for obtaining any permissions your intended use requires.

5. Purchases and Subscriptions

If paid features or subscriptions are offered, prices, billing periods, trial terms, and usage limits are clearly shown before purchase. App Store auto-renewing subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through your Apple account settings at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription. Refunds are subject to Apple’s applicable App Store policies and your statutory legal consumer rights.

6. Privacy

7. Changes and Suspension

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access for Terms violations, security concerns, or legal requirements. We may update the app or these Terms from time to time, giving notice and obtaining renewed agreement where required by law. Changes remain subject to applicable consumer rights and existing purchase commitments.

8. Disclaimers and Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without guarantees of uninterrupted operation, absolute accuracy, or error-free output. Toon Tech Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses to the extent lawfully excluded. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded under UK law.
