1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the applications published by Toon Tech Ltd (including Umax AI, Jawmax, and FitMax), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Usage (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service & AI Disclosure

Toon Tech Ltd provides AI-based analysis of photographs to provide subjective ratings on aesthetic traits.

AI Interaction Disclosure: In compliance with the EU AI Act, you are hereby notified that the ratings and recommendations you receive are generated entirely by Artificial Intelligence algorithms (Google Gemini and OpenAI).

Entertainment Purpose Only: Our services are intended for curiosity and entertainment. We provide no guarantee of the "accuracy" of beauty or attractiveness ratings, as these are inherently subjective metrics.

3. No Medical or Professional Advice

TOON TECH LTD IS NOT A MEDICAL PROVIDER.

Our "recommendations" (e.g., "Lookmaxxing" tips, skincare suggestions, or facial analysis) are for informational purposes only.

They are NOT a substitute for professional medical, dermatological, or plastic surgery advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Warning: Consult with a licensed healthcare professional before making any changes to your diet, exercise, or physical appearance.

4. User Eligibility and Content

Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age to use this application.

Ownership of Photos: You represent and warrant that the photograph you upload is of yourself. You are strictly prohibited from uploading photos of third parties or minors.

License to Process: By uploading a photo, you grant Toon Tech Ltd a temporary, non-exclusive license to process that image solely for the purpose of generating your rating. As per our Privacy Policy, images are deleted immediately after processing.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Use the app for any illegal purpose or to harass others.

Attempt to reverse-engineer the AI models or bypass security features.

Use the app to create a "biometric database" or for law enforcement/surveillance purposes.

6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

"As-Is" Basis: The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties.

Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of England and Wales and the US, Toon Tech Ltd and its directors (including Humpty Dumpty Studio) shall not be liable for any psychological distress, physical changes, or financial loss resulting from your use of the app.

Liability Cap: Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to use the service in the last 12 months.

7. Intellectual Property

The "Umax" algorithm, the app interface, and all Toon Tech Ltd branding are the sole property of Toon Tech Ltd. You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the app.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the app at any time, without notice, for any violation of these terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of London, United Kingdom.
