Data Subject Application Form Within the Scope of Personal Data Protection Law

Toon Tech Ltd (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) acknowledges and upholds the rights granted to individuals (data subjects) regarding the processing of their personal data as per the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (the Law), particularly articulated in Article 11. Pursuant to Article 13/1 of the Law, individuals seeking to exercise these rights must submit their applications to Toon Tech Ltd, the data controller, through methods specified by the Personal Data Protection Board (the Board). Within this framework, applications addressed to the Company, specifically “in writing,” necessitate the following procedures:

Upon receipt of applications as outlined in our procedures, Toon Tech Ltd (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) will respond within thirty (30) days from the date of receipt, in compliance with the regulations under the UK Data Protection Act 2018 or the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Costs for Requested Information:

Should the requested information exceed a standard provision, the Company reserves the right to apply reasonable administrative charges as allowed under the UK Data Protection Act 2018 or the GDPR. If the information requested surpasses a standard provision of pages, an administrative fee may be applied per additional page, at the discretion of the Company. In the event that the response requires the use of a recording medium such as a CD or USB flash drive, the charge will be limited to the reasonable cost of the medium itself. The Company is committed to ensuring transparency regarding any applicable costs related to the processing of requests for personal data. If additional charges are applicable, these will be communicated to the applicant prior to fulfilling the request, in accordance with the regulations outlined by the UK Data Protection Act 2018 or the GDPR.

This application form has been prepared in order to determine your relationship with our Company, if any, to determine your personal data processed by our Company in full, and to respond
to your application accurately within the legal time period.
Our Company reserves the right to request additional documents and information (copy of identity card or driver’s license, etc.) for identification and authorization detection, to eliminate legal risks that may arise from unlawful and unfair data sharing and especially to ensure the security of your personal data. In the event that the information regarding your requests submitted
within the scope of this form is not accurate and up-to-date or an unauthorized application is made, our Company does not accept any liability for claims arising from such false information or unauthorized application. Your personal data shared in this form will be processed solely for the purposes of evaluating, concluding your request under the Law, managing the entire process and communicating with you for these purposes. Depending on the nature of the request, your request may be transferred to our lawyers, our business partners and service providers providing services in the fields of complaint management, quality control, audit, and risk analysis, legally authorized public institutions, and private persons.
